Installing String Trimmer Attachments

Before installing any TrimmerPlus® attachment, be sure to check your owner’s manual for specific instructions.
1. Make sure the engine’s off and the unit’s cool to the touch. Remove the hanger cap. Hang on to that cap so you can use it again when storing.

2. Set the unit on a flat surface. Turn the knob counterclockwise to loosen the coupler.

3. Align the release button with the guide recess.

4. Push the attachment straight into the coupler until the release button snaps into the primary hole.

5. Then turn the knob clockwise to tighten the coupler back up and you’re ready to go.
