Top 6 Reasons Your Electric Blower Won’t Blow/Vacuum
If your electric blower/vacuum isn’t doing its job, check for these common issues.
1. Bag is unzipped.
Well that’s easy, just zip it up.
2. Vacuum bag is full.
Empty the bag and try again.
3. Dirty/torn bag.
Clean it if it’s dirty. Replace it if it’s ripped. Check your owner’s manual for instructions.
4. Blower is unplugged.
Check your connections and try again.
5. Check the lever switch.
The blower will not vacuum or blow properly if the lever that switches from vacuum to blowing is not open or closed all the way.
6. Blocked tube/impeller.
Clear the blockage. Check your owner’s manual for instructions.
7. Damaged impeller.
Your impeller might need fixing/replacing. See an authorized service dealer.
